The National Enquirer published an article that states that Hulk Hogan has been accused of lying under oath.
Court transcripts reveal Hulk made conflicting statements to both the FBI and to Gawker’s lawyers. Gawker’s attorney Seth Berlin told the judge during a hearing back on July 2nd that he had learned that Hogan made statements under oath during a talk with the FBI and during a deposition that are “directly at odds with another.”
“So we have a situation… where the key participant, the plaintiff, is telling us one thing under oath and telling the FBI something else.
The Enquirer was informed by legal experts that if the accusation is true, Hogan would be guilty of either perjury or obstruction of justice, depending on if he lied to the lawyers or the FBI. Those charges could land The Hulkster in jail. Defense attorney Anthony Brooklier said, “That’s how Martha Stewart got nailed. It wasn’t insider trading that put her in jail. It was the lie she told to the cops.”

HULKAMANIA is back, well at least somewhat on the official WWE website. Hulk Hogan has been embroiled in a highly publicized race scandal over the last few weeks in which he was caught on tape making racial and homophobic comments.
WWE took the decision to accept Hogan's resignation and began removing him from to protect their image.
It appears there has been a change in attitudes and Hogan's profile has been reinstated on certain sections of the site. is also listing a Hulk Hogan "Real American" shirt.
Interestingly, Curtis Axel is back to Axelmania and Damien Sandow is back to Macho Mandow.
UPDATE: Some reports that Hogan's profile is gone AGAIN, but he does show up in the HOF area.

During a conference call that took place today with WWE investors, Vince McMahon was asked about the ongoing and widely-reported scandal involving Hulk Hogan, though the caller did not specifically mention Hogan by name.
McMahon responded to the inquiry by reiterating that Hogan was no longer under contract with WWE and that his departure would have no material effect on the company itself. McMahon then stated that the main focus right now is on "performers who can actually compete in the ring."

Yesterday, WWE shares dropped almost 4%, to $16.60, wiping out around about $50 million from shareholders. Prior to the news shares rose 14%, aking shareholders $160 million richer.
Hulk Hogan quit the company on Thursday evening when a transcript of racist remarks made several years ago leaked online.
For anybody still in any doubt as to why WWE is removing all mention of Hogan from their company right now - this is why... $50 million lost, it could have been much worse had they not acted so fast.

TNA Wrestling is now appearing to follow WWE's lead in the current scandal involving Hulk Hogan, as the company has removed Hogan from the "Alumni" section of their official website. In addition, they have also removed any and all merchandise featuring Hogan.
There is also a rumor that TNA Wrestling may have cancelled plans to release a DVD based on Hogan, though this has not been officialy confirmed as of yet.

Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke has posted the following poem in defence of her Father Hulk Hogan on her Facebook page:

If you knew my father,
you would know how hard he fought...
and the way it brought a smile
to people light, medium and dark.
The lord says to forgive them,
don't be the one to stone...
so please remember his strong arms
when you were all alone.
My father has a daughter,
and I have feelings too.
And if I knew your father,
I would do the same for you.

Hulk Hogan's attorney, David Houston told FOX411 that he has suspicions that where the ones behind the transcript of leaked racial comments made by Hogan which you can read by clicking here.
Gawker were behind the leak of Hogan's sex tape a couple of years ago, which is now transpires also contains audio of him talking about his daughters then black boyfriend, referring to him by the "n-word" several times.
“I have my suspicions, as you can imagine,” Hogan’s lawyer, David Houston told FOX411. “If I can find out it is Gawker who leaked the transcripts, we will bury them.”
Gawker President and General Counsel Heather Dietrick has denied that the site had anything to do with the leak.

WWE Superstar Mark Henry has issued the following statement regarding the racist comments made by Hulk Hogan:
“Unfortunately, I’m getting hounded today by media regarding my thoughts and experiences with Hulk Hogan. I’d prefer not to be thrust into this, but as the requests have been significant I feel I have a responsibility to make a statement of some sort. At a minimum to ease my personal burden regarding this topic.
We all know that we have history as it relates to the company, me and this unfortunate subject matter of racial slurs and prejudices. I don’t want to and will not re-hash that, but I do want people to know that I do not condone racist behavior or speech of any manner. Again, I do not plan to speak on what happened in the past, but I would like to offer this statement about the current situation and events that hit the news today.
I’m disappointed in the comments made by Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan). I’ve known Terry a very long time as both a work colleague and as someone I consider a friend. I’m hurt and offended that he expressed his feelings in the manner and tone that was presented on the tape. I am however, pleased that WWE took swift action in response to his comments and I support the position the organization is taking on this matter: a no tolerance approach to racism.”

WWE issued the following apology from Hulk Hogan to
"Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it. This is not who I am. I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs."

Hulk Hogan's attorney has today hit back at reports that WWE "fired" Hogan after it emerged he had used racial slurs in an audio which is about to be leaked online. Subsequent audio interviews in which Hogan has used the "n-word" have also resurfaced online.
Hogan is reported to have resigned from the WWE late Thursday evening.
The audio tape which is about to leak is of Hogan discussing his daughter Brooke's music career. He repeatedly used the n-word while talking about a black guy she was dating at the time.
The transcript of comments made are expected to come out later this year in relation to his sex tape trial against Gawker Media over the publishing of the celebrity's sex tape.
It would seem Hogan knew it would cause a stir and did the right thing by walking away from WWE to protect their image.
WWE issued the following statement regarding the termination of Hulk Hogan's contract:
"WWE terminated its contract with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan). WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide."
UPDATED: The Enquirer and Radar have published excerpts of transcripts submitted to a Florida court overseeing Hulk Hogan’s $100 million lawsuit against Gawker Media. Hogan makes reference to a “black billionaire,” who apparently offered to fund his daughter’s burgeoning music career, and the billionaire’s son.
“I don’t know if Brooke was f*cking the black guy’s son,” Hulk raved, the sources add.
“I mean, I don’t have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f*cking n*ggers. But then when it comes to nice people and sh*t, and whatever.” ...
According to sources, he said: “I mean, I’d rather if she was going to f*ck some n*gger, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n*gger worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player!
“I guess we’re all a little racist. Fucking n*gger.”

Rumors are currently rampant regarding Hulk Hogan with a number leading sources now reporting an audio of Hogan using racial slurs is about to go public. The audio will reportedly do some major damage to Hogan of which WWE has taken swift action to distance themselves from this morning.
In the early hours of Friday morning WWE removed all mentions of Hogan from their official website, WWE Shop and Tough Enough page. They have even gone as far as getting rid of the "Axelmania" gimmick which Curtis Axel plays a parody of Hogan. It's now confirmed by WWE themselves that they have "terminated" The Hulksters contact.
There is an audio that has gone viral on YouTube of Hogan using the "n word" during an interview in 2012, but that is not the one which is rumored to be leaking. During that interview, Hogan uses the "n-word" while recalling working with wrestler Booker T and paraphrasing conversations he's had with several rappers but this was back in October 2012, and Whoo Kid who conducted the interview clams that there was "nothing racist" about the interview.
Hogan tweeted the following after his removel from the official WWE website:

Multiple sources are reporting that WWE has removed any and all mentions of Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan from not only their official website, but Hogan is also no longer listed as one of the judges on the Tough Enough television show according to
On, Hogan is no longer listed on the WWE Hall of Fame page, and all of his merchandise has also been removed from The only thing currently remaining that mentions Hogan involves WWE's upcoming Australian tour, which Hogan was scheduled to take part in as General Manager. However, when any attempt to access this page is made, a message appears stating "you are not authorized to access this page."
At this point in time, it is unknown as to why WWE appears to be disassociating themselves with Hogan, but will post any new updates as soon as they are made available.
