The show opened with clips of Samoa Joe, Adam Cole, C.M. Punk, Bryan Danielson, The Briscoes, Kevin Steen, and then Jay Lethal. A graphic read “Creating Excellence”… A video package featured still shots of Jay Lethal defeating Jay Briscoe to win the ROH Title at the Best in the World pay-per-view… The opening montage aired…

Kevin Kelly and Steve Corino welcomed viewers to the show from ringside and wished viewers a happy 4th of July in the United States. They hyped the six-man tag main event…

1. Dalton Castle (w/The Boys) vs. Watanabe. Castle did his flamboyant handshake prior to the match. The wrestlers traded offense heading into the break a couple minutes into the match. [C] A commercial aired for the NJPW talent coming to Brooklyn and Philadelphia in August.

Coming out of the break, the wrestlers jockeyed for position in a rolling small package. They both stood up and acted dizzy from all the rolling around they did. They followed with a double clothesline. Watanabe grabbed control and targeted the back of Castle. However, Castle came back with a spinning facebuster type of move and got the win.

Dalton Castle defeated Watanabe.

Watanabe left the ring after a handshake. Castle took the mic and noted that there were “a lot of boys out there tonight.” His boys positioned themselves on the mat to make a two-man chair, and he laid down on them. Castle said he’s the only real man in ROH, which led to Silas Young walking onto the stage and barking at him about being the real man…

[Q2] [C] Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness stood in the ring and introduced Jay Lethal as the ROH TV Champion and new ROH Champion. Lethal headed to the ring carrying both title belts and was accompanied by Truth Martini, Donovan Dijak, and J Diesel. Nigel shook Lethal’s hand and congratulated him on backing up his claim that he would become the ROH Champion.

The fans chanted “you deserve it.” Truth stepped forward and said while the fans were right that Lethal deserves it, they are not his people. Truth said “we” (the wrestlers in the ring) are Lethal’s people. Lethal said he is the best in the world, just as he has said from the beginning.

Lethal said he is the undisputed champion of the greatest wrestling company in the world. Lethal added that ROH is the greatest wrestling company of the world because he’s the undisputed champion. Corino said Lethal made a good point. Lethal said that’s all he had to say because he doesn’t need to prove anything.

Nigel stopped him and asked which of the two belts Lethal plans to vacate. Lethal said he’s not giving up a damn thing. “I earned both of these,” Lethal said. He said Nigel knew that one man would come out of Best in the World with both title belts.

Nigel said he has two separate belts, meaning Lethal may have to defend both belts in two different matches. Nigel said Lethal would defend the ROH Title against Roderick Strong at the Death Before Dishonor iPPV, and he will defend his ROH TV Title next week against Mark Briscoe. Lethal said he will defend both titles in one night if he needs to. Lethal said he’s going to destroy Briscoe next week.

Roderick Strong’s entrance music interrupted Lethal’s rant. Strong made his entrance and entered the ring. Kelly said Strong didn’t care that he was entering the ring “in enemy territory.” Strong told Lethal to face him and asked, “you’re a man, right?” Strong said Lethal will walk into the iPPV as the champion, and then Strong will walk out as the new ROH Champion… Kelly hyped the six-man tag main event… [C]

[Q3] Mandy Leon hosted the Inside ROH segment and focussed on Jay Lethal’s win at Best in the World. Highlights of his match with Jay Briscoe were shown. Leon set up a Roderick Strong promo. He spoke about getting the title shot he earned. Leon said next week’s Inside ROH will focus on Cedric Alexander…

Adam Page cut a studio in front of the ROH banner hyping his match against Matt Sydal for next week’s television show… [C]

Adam Cole, Matt Taven, Michael Bennett, and Maria made their entrance. Maria took the mic and said Cole is upset about losing at Best in the World, but it’s not his fault. She pointed out that Taven and Bennett won tag gold in Japan. She said she is the leader of The Kingdom and takes full responsibility. She said they would prove that this kingdom will never fall. They had a group hug. The babyface trio made their entrances for the main event… [C]

2. Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Michael Elgin vs. Adam Cole, Matt Taven, and Michael Bennett (w/Maria). Elgin performed an early suplex on Bennett after holding him up for an extended period of time. Corino said it looked like Elgin was having fun in the ring again after losing his smile.

[Q4] The heel trio isolated Elgin, who was fighting them off with elbows heading into the break. [C] Fish and O’Reilly worked over Taven, then targeted Cole with double team moves. Fish and O’Reilly did some gyrating, then went back to work on Taven and got a near fall.

Later, Elgin fought off Taven and Bennett and hoisted them both up on his shoulders. Cole tried to stop him, but he flung the legs of his opponents at Cole and then performed a double Samoan drop. The fans chanted “this is awesome” only because “this is pretty good” doesn’t have the same zest to it.

The heel trio got a near fall on Elgin after a nice series of rapid fire offense. Fish and O’Reilly dumped Cole and Bennett to the floor and then dove on them. In the ring, Elgin picked up Taven in powerbomb position and dumped him onto his opponents on the floor. The babyface trio performed a powerbomb off the middle rope for a two count.

Cole performed the Canadian Destroyer on Elgin, then Taven and Bennett performed a double team move for another two count. Elgin made a hot tag to O’Reilly, who squared off with Cole. They traded offense and then O’Reilly turned him inside out with a clothesline. O’Reilly and Fish performed Chasing The Dragon on Cole, which led to O’Reilly pinning Cole. After the match, Cole shook O’Reilly’s hand and then raised his arm before leaving the ring without his teammates…

Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Michael Elgin defeated Adam Cole, Matt Taven, and Michael Bennett.

WWE's website posted an update on J&J Security and noted that Noble received 12 stitches after being cut by windshield glass in addition to the broken arm by Brock Lesnar's vicious Kimura Lock . They also noted that Joey Mercury suffered a bruised spleen and re-aggravated a prior, serious neck injury due to the suplex on the hood of the Cadillac. WWE reported that both Mercury and Noble are out of action indefinitely.

According to PWTorch.com the fictional injury update on Dolph Ziggler is that he is "out indefinitely" following Rusev's attack on Raw.

This gives WWE room to bring Ziggler back on TV for a big comeback or keep him off TV, well, indefinitely, with Ziggler's contract status up in the air.

WWE's fictional medical update is Ziggler "is suffering from a severely bruised trachea" following Rusev's crutch shot to the throat/neck.

WWE says Ziggler "was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being monitored overnight to make sure his windpipe did not close." WWE continued with details that Ziggler is "having issues talking and swallowing."

Tyrus, f.k.a. Brodus Clay in WWE, joined Rob McCarron and Jeff Hawkins on Shake Them Ropes this week to discuss a wide range of topics. During the interview, Tyrus discussed his future and the situation with TNA. Following is some excerpt:

Joining TNA after getting released from WWE:

"When I was let go, I had my mind made up that I was going to TNA already. You don't know if things are going to work or not, but in a short amount of time, when you say TNA, you think EC3. You think Tyrus."

Does he see himself in the ring five years from now:

"Oh no, daddy won't be wrestling in five years."

The cancellation of his Global Force Wrestling appearances last month:

"I was confused as to why I was asked not to do the shows. TNA said I could work wherever I want with the exception of companies with TV. When it was explained to me, I talked with Jeff to let him know, and no one really smartened me up. When he came walking onto TNA, I was like, 'What... the hell?' Immediately one of the reps came up to me and said, 'You can work his shows now.' I told him it was very important that you get away from me right now. I was hot."

First of all, i would like to say HI, Namaste to all Pro Wrestling India viewers and readers, Specially thank to ProWrestling India Team , you guys are doing great job and helping promoting Pro Wrestling in India, Now, as you asked me when did i started my pro wrestling training?? I started my training 3 years ago, when i contacted MFW Pro Wrestling’s coach Rajiv Dhammi sir, he himself took my trail before i get admission 3 years it was hack of physically , mentally during my trail given before i was allowed to get admission in MFW INDIA. Luckily i got admission and started my training in MFW INDIA three years ago. I can’t forgot date when i joined MFW INDIA on 10th March 2012.

Huh, this is tough questions my friend , there are lots of talented legends of industry whom i saw in my tv screen from my childhood, but most in inspired by Nature boy “Ric Flair” woooohooo... and Ultimate Warrior man who dominated industry with his great talent and performance during his time. If you ask me whom i like most this time i would like to say 3;16 Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock.....

3. How did your family react when you told them you want to be in this business?

Ah, as you now normally in India no one’s family support or encourage someone to step into this ProWrestling business. There are two reasons, one major is most of guys who want to be pro wrestler who want to make their dream into reality are belongs to middle class family and as you in our Indian typical family tradition one person work , one person earn and all other family members sit at home do works i.e. women’s do house works , young boys and girls do their studies basically , i would like to add India there no trend earn while learn like we can say in USA , Canada and other countries young boys and girls earn money to fulfil their dreams by doing this they know value of money and their efforts also. So, major reason of parents avoid their child to step-in any sports is MONEY. Secondly, i would like to add if any boy or girl wants to step into any sports not just pro wrestling he or she should be self dependent and make their dream into Reality. Same way my family pushed my back but i was having target to achieve it, my younger brother supported my lots financially , mentally i would like to thank my younger brother who always support me and still supporting me while i made announcement and gave an Open Challenge to your so called “Great Khali”.

4. How you came to know about MFW School ?

I started my search on local level in my home town and village but i got nothing from where i can start or join such training then i discuss with my younger brother who helped my found pro wrestling school via searching on internet he found MFW India based out of Jalandhar city and he called helpline number and got all info related to school and then i went to Jalandhar and done all required process of admission here,

Training was awesome , i would like to add here coach of MFW INDIA sir, RAJIV DHAMMI is great trainer he inspire and motivate all the guys every time about my diet i eat 30 eggs in day, 2-3 litre milk , 50 grms protein , juice , 500 grms chicken daily.

There are many manoeuvres a pro wrestler do but my favorite is “Spear” and “Power Bomb”

8. What lead you to challenge The Great Khali?

Challenging Great Khali lead me to WWE or TNA after beating this so called champion my next target will be to reach WWE or TNA

9. Do you believe he's gonna accept the challenge specially when he's having his own wrestling school?

Yes i do believe he will and he have to accept my challenge because to retain his repo in market and to show his wrestling ability in front my millions wrestling fans of India who think he is World Champion but according to me he is nothing i can beat him like that” ... for people he is Great Khali but for me he is KHAALI (empty) I believe i can beat him easily and will show the world that a new champion is born to shock pro wrestling on world level.

10.What if he declines or continue to remain silent on the challenge?

If he declines it means he is afraid of me he is afraid of “SINGH SAHIB” by declines my challenge he automatically shows his fans that he is cowered and has no respect for his FANS all over the world.

11. Where do you see your self in next five years?

I next five year i would like to see myself in WWE of TNA and win World champion gold and i will lead India and India will dominate in Pro Wrestling industry by “SINGH SAHIB” in next few years.

Yes, i have been approached by several promotion my coach and my manager Rajiv Dhammi sir knows better on this then me because right now my all concentration is on beating Khali

News-Press.com has an interview with Damien Sandow aka Damien Mizdow, who
was promoting Sunday's WWE live event at the Germain
Arena in Fort Myers, FL. Below are some highlights:

* Working with The Miz :

"Miz is the prototype for a professional, in my opinion. I
really cannot say enough good things about him.
"I've known Miz for years, but to be able to work with him
in this capacity is awesome…. The chemistry we have is
great. And we're both enjoying it."

* His new popularity:

"Well, you know what, that's not something we really talk
about between us. We just go out there and do our job. I'm
his personal assistant right now. So I'm busy assisting. When
we walk out there, the fans — they decide."

* If he is still Miz's stunt double:

"I was his stunt double, where I would mimic everything he
does. He became very upset about that and demoted me to
his personal assistant."
Sandow also discussed being booed in the past, if he hangs
out with The Miz after shows, how long the Mizdow gimmick
will last and more.. Read the full interview here

There were a lot of last-minute changes related to Sting's WWE debut at last night's Survivor Series pay-per-view, according to a report at PWInsider.com. Earlier in the weekend, WWE was planning to air some sort of "Sting is coming" promo, but clearly the decision was made to give him a much larger role on the show.

Up until the day of the show, Sting was scripted to appear either before or immediately after the Divas elimination match. Only a few people knew that Sting would be interfering in the Team Authority vs. Team Cena main event.

Sting's debut at Survivor Series was done not only as a tie-in with the WWE 2K15 video game, but also as part of WWE's larger Survivor Series strategy, which was to entice the new WWE Network subscribers into staying on board for December and beyond as paying customers.

WWE took other steps to hype the WWE Network for December, including the announced Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose TLC match as well as the live Steve Austin podcast with Vince McMahon, which airs next Monday after RAW.
